Attendance
  • Since attendance is limited, we prioritize giving slots to first-time attendees, with a maximum of two attendees per jurisdiction to start. We will accommodate additional first-time attendees as space permits.
  • Those given a slot will receive an email from FSBPT staff confirming registration.
  • Those put on a waitlist will receive notice in early April either confirming their attendance or letting them know the meeting is full.

Complete Travel Authorization Requirements

FSBPT staff will email travel authorizations to confirmed attendees. Attendees are expected to complete all action items as requested in the travel authorizations by the provided deadlines.

Who can request to attend?

If you have not attended previously, you can request to attend if you are one or more of the below:
  • A current jurisdiction board member
  • A current jurisdiction board administrator, licensing specialist, or attorney

We do not typically allow people who have previously attended to attend again. However, if you think your situation has mitigating circumstances, you can request to attend and we will add you to a waitlist.

How many people from my jurisdiction can attend?

While we are usually able to accommodate all first-time attendees, we can only guarantee two seats for each jurisdiction. If three or more people are interested in attending from your jurisdiction, the remaining individuals will be placed on the waitlist. If space is available, we will invite the remaining first-time attendees. We expect to be able to accommodate most requests this year.
