FSBPT Exam Withdrawal/Re-registration Policy

At this time, FSBPT is waiving all refund and re-registration fees associated with the April PT and PTA examinations. FSBPT understands that there are people who will not want to or be able to take the April exam based on their individual circumstances. Therefore, if you want to cancel your April registration and receive a refund or re-register for a future date, you may do so at no cost.  

All withdrawal requests must be made from your customer dashboard no later than your exam date. 

Test Center Closures

At this time there are no known test site closures affecting the April NPTE test dates. This will likely change. For test sites that are closed on the scheduled exam date, FSBPT will work with Prometric to get candidates rescheduled as soon as possible.
